Return / Exchange

Banbao would like to avoid returns of orders. It is therefore important that you think carefully about your order before you decide the go through with the purchase. Of course, it can always happen you would like to return a product. If you are not satisfied with the product or if you have received a different product than ordered, it’s possible to return or exchange the product (barring it hasn’t been damaged) within 14 days.

Returns
Please send the product(s) back to the address below. The package must include the product(s), complete with all the accessories, original box, invoice and a letter mentioning the reason for returning the product(s). Write a large “Return” on the back of the box. Orders can be returned within 14 days after receiving.

Exchange
To swap a product you ordered for another product, please send the product(s) you want to exchange back to the address below. The package must include the product(s), all of the accessories, the original box, invoice and a letter mentioning the reason and the product(s) you would like instead. Please note that it’s only possible to choose a product, which is equally priced or cheaper, for higher priced products you will have to pay the difference. Write a large “Exchange” or “Ruilen” on the back of the package.
